My story
I began when…
I was just a teenager when I first held a camera, and I immediately fell in love with capturing moments. Whether it was a disc camera or a 110, I cherished both and found a passion for creating lifelong memories. This fascination, born from the simple click of a shutter, drove
me forward.
Initially, I didn't think of pursuing photography as a career; I was merely captivated by the magic of transforming moments into visual stories.
As the years passed, another love entered my life during my senior year of high school: computers. I enrolled in a graphic design and printing course at a local trade school, where I was introduced to the world of Apple computers. Though the technology was rudimentary at the time, I was awed by this incredible piece of machinery and knew I wanted to learn more.
Thus began my journey into a career in graphic design.
The field of design has evolved tremendously over the years, and I've strived to stay current with the ever-changing trends. I've dedicated a substantial portion of my life to graphic design, and I couldn't be happier with my choice.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of collaborating with many wonderful individuals, learning about the intricacies of the print industry and adapting to the digital era.
Technology continues to evolve at a breathtaking pace, and I'm eagerly looking forward to the trends that the future holds.
Our Journey
SoListo Photography began with a simple passion: capturing moments, telling stories, and creating images that people could hold onto for years to come.
Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of being invited into some of life’s most meaningful moments. We’ve photographed families as they’ve grown, couples beginning their lives together, high school and college graduates celebrating incredible accomplishments, and expectant parents preparing to welcome a new addition. From engagements and weddings to maternity sessions, special events, and family portraits, every experience has played a part in shaping who we are as photographers.
Our love of photography has also taken us beyond portraits. Along the way, we developed a passion for capturing landscapes, waterways, boats, architecture, and the details that make a place or experience memorable. Some of those images have become works of art of their own—photographs created not just to document a moment, but to bring a piece of our journey into someone’s home or office.
A New Chapter
As SoListo Photography continues to grow, so does our vision.
We’re excited to begin a new chapter with an expanded focus on real estate and marine photography. It’s a natural progression that brings together our experience behind the camera, our eye for composition and detail, and our background in graphic design and visual storytelling.
Whether it’s a home ready for its next owner, a yacht being presented for sale, a marina showcasing its waterfront lifestyle, or a marine business looking to strengthen its brand, we want to create imagery that does more than simply show what’s there. We want people to imagine themselves there.
Our goal is to bring the same care, creativity, and attention to detail that we’ve given to families and milestone moments into the real estate and marine industries—helping agents, brokers, homeowners, builders, boat owners, dealerships, marinas, and businesses present what they have to offer in its very best light.
While our focus is evolving, the heart of SoListo Photography remains the same: creating meaningful imagery, telling compelling stories, and helping our clients share what matters to them.
